Oxygen Therapies at Tysons Corner Healing Centre
At Tysons Corner Healing Centre, we offer two types of oxygen therapy:
1. The first is pure (95%) oxygen, generated by an oxygen concentrator.
2. The second is an Ozone/Oxygen Sauna Spa therapy. Information regarding these therapies can be obtained at www.oxygenhealingtherapies.com.
As a Finlander, I am well aware of using a sauna. I remember my grandmother swatting my back with a birch branch with leaves to take off the dried dead skin on my back while sweating in a hot, cramped room with a smoky wood stove. I don't recall anyone telling me why sauna's were good for you, but we did it every weekend when I was a child.
Later, after I became a Chiropractor, I learned why saunas were good for you. This information is located at http://www.oxygenhealingtherapies.com/steam_sauna_therapy.html. In addition, I became involved in oxygen and ozone therapy because I wanted to detoxify my body after years of being in the military where you are subjected to a multitude of toxic materials.
I suggest you read these articles and try our new Oxygen Spa equipment.

Dr. Rick & Monica,
Yesterday and today I had some interesting developments with my sugar levels that I thought you two would be interested in. I had some corn chowder and a bunch of crackers for dinner last night, this definitely warrants 3 units of insulin since it’s fairly decent in carbs. Then I took my usual nightly lantus shot, which I take on a daily basis, it lasts for 24 hours. I woke up at 3am with the adrenaline rush of low sugar levels, I didn’t bother checking and munched half of a Odwalla carb bar (worth about 20g of carbs) and went back to sleep. Then I woke up this morning with a sugar level of 64, this is very low, even after the late night snack I still had low levels in the morning which usually never happens, so I ate the rest of the bar and some yogurt.
This does mean that my body seems to be producing slightly more natural insulin, so I plan on lowering my daily insulin dosage by 2 units, and hopefully even more from here on out. I think the combination of working out, oxygen therapy, J.P. and a somewhat less carb diet have decreased my insulin dependence. Thanks guys, I’ll plan on hitting the oxygen hard when I return in a week, I can come by on June 1st at the usual time.
