Spinal Cleanse was developed through a collaborative effort between a Master Essential Oil Alchemist, an essential oil expert, and a Chiropractor in an effort to address spinal cord compression due to inflammatory processes. Problem As we know, there are many viruses, bacteria, and parasites that can live within the spinal column. Some of these diseases include: Herpesviridae Infections (i.e. Herpes Zoster), Mycobacterium, Multiple Sclerosis, idiopathic Myelitis, schistosomiasis, opportunistic Demyelinating Mycoses, and Toxoplasmosis due to AIDS and other causes. As a result of the body’s immune system response to these and other infectious dis-eases, a mild inflammatory response is induced when encountering these challenges. Ultimately, this results in spinal cord compression. Although the compression may be small, it does not take much to alter the body’s neurological systems and symptoms such as parasthesias, and other neuropathies are manifested by the patient. Another effect of spinal cord inflammation is its direct correlation to the resistance of the body to High Velocity—Low Amplitude (HVLA) Chiropractic adjustments. Although the resistance caused by the inflammatory response can be minimal, it cannot be disregarded when giving a HVLA. This factor becomes evident when comparing HVLA adjustments on non-inflamed spinal cord patients to HVLA’s on inflamed patients. These challenges to the overall health of the spinal cord have not been met by conventional medicine. Nowhere is this fact more evident than in the failure of mass spectrum anti-microbials. These anti-microbials are either harmful to the “friendly” flora of the body, or they are ineffective against an increasing number of resistant infectious agents.
